She immortalized the values that Ayrton Senna left to all Brazilians, dedicated his life to transforming education in Brazil and has a heart the size of the world.
Viviane Senna Lalli leads the Ayrton Senna Institute since its creation in 1994. Organisation working with the public sector to improve the quality of education in Brazil through the training and management of teachers. With the Chair in Education and Human development, the Institute works to develop the potential of future generations having already assisted 15.8 million young people, in 26 Brazilian states and qualified 694,000 educators.
The Ayrton Senna Institute offers special teacher training to local government staff, who are selected by the national Education Secretary, and provides mentoring through a pyramid structure so as to enable the maximum number of school teachers to draw on the expertise of others, plus a series of educational programmes and a system of follow-up and pupil assessment in order to measure pupils’ progress and rapidly resolve any problems which may arise.
