Carlos Sainz junior, signed a helmet customized by the artist Shock Maravilha in honor of Ayrton Senna in action supported by Estrella Galicia. This Friday, in Interlagos, on the eve of the Brazilian GP, the Spanish rider presented the helmet at the Paddock.
Sainz made a point of emphasizing his admiration for the Brazilian. “Senna is a legend and he is in the hearts of all Brazilians”. I really enjoy feeling the atmosphere provided by the Brazilian fans and it is possible to feel the presence of Ayrton in the circuit at every turn. I was born in 94, the year that Ayrton left us, but I consider him to be the best driver in history, “said Sainz, who makes his third full season in Formula 1.
As a reference of Brazilian street art, Shock Maravilha used as inspiration the characteristics of the Brazilian idol as simplicity, joy and tireless pursuit of perfection. In addition, the colors were inspired by the Brazilian flag and the iconic helmet used by Ayrton Senna.
