thesun.co.uk gives an insight into the immaculate room which costs £69,000 to stay in during the race weekend.
Room 3002 at the Fairmont Hotel in Monaco, that overlooks the famous hairpin on the F1 circuit going by the same name, is simply Senna-sational for any F1 fan. Legend has it, Brazilian Formula One star Ayrton Senna stayed here during his racing career.
And now the suite is being rented out to raise money for the Senna Institute, that raises money for under-privileged children in Brazil. The room features Senna’s race-worn helmet from the 1987 Monaco Grand Prix and one of his race suits.
It also has 10 pictures of the race-ace selected by his mother, along with many other items of memorabilia. The collectable items include Senna hats, one of his famous yellow helmet and a steering wheel.
